Our Story and Mission

Ray Psychology was created with the intent to create a community of healers to provide high quality, culturally competent evidence-based treatment for diverse clients. Most of our clients are seeking therapy first time in their life, and a lot of our clients are first or second generation Asian American that are struggling with the stigma of mental health on top of their mental health struggles. Our aspiration is to provide a safe and welcoming space for our clients to heal and grow, and ensure sustainable change for a lifetime.

Full Job Description

Ray Psychology is seeking a culturally competent licensed clinical psychologist to provide individual therapy for adults age 18-65. This is a part-time, contract role with flexible working schedule and locations. 

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Education: Doctor’s (Required)

License/Certification: Active license as a psychologist in the State of California (Required)

Work Location: Multiple Locations

  • Flexible hours - you work with your clients to create your schedule

  • Flexible locations- you are welcoming to work remotely or via video conference at the comfort of your home

  • Support in billing and HIPPA compliant Electronic Medical Record program

  • Case consultation and support- we are aware how isolated private practice can be and we are committed to create a collaborative community for healers 


You’ll Be a Good Fit if You Embrace the Following:

  • Have a strong foundation in working with adults providing individual and/or couples therapy

  • Practice within ethical and legal guidelines in clinical psychology

  • Passion and compassion in your clinical work-since it is our utmost priority to provide high quality care for clients, we want to make sure our healers are not burnout themselves

  • Capacity to work with at least five clients weekly once their caseload builds up

  • Ability to complete your documentation in a timely manner
