Hello! Thank you for taking the time to learn more about my clinical experience.
I am Dr. Rajita Chelene Prasad and I specialize in working with children, adolescences, and adults. I was a member of the Alameda Health System Clinical Psychology training team for four years. I have knowledge and understanding in the following areas: Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), Learning disorders (LD), Anxiety, Stress Management skills, & Depression (self-harm behaviors), PTSD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). My work with the ASD population has consisted in training with ABA therapy techniques. The approaches I utilize are CBT/DBT, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive therapy (MBCT), ACT, TF-Cognitive behavioral therapy (certified in), and Motivational Interviewing. I also provide parenting support & create behavioral interventions to help manage maladaptive behaviors.
