NINA CARNEVALE, LMFT 121361
Hi there!
Thank you for considering me to assist you with your journey. You’ve already taken the first step, which is to notice that something doesn’t seem right, or you’ve reached a pivotal point. Maybe you’re asking yourself, “What really matters to me?” Or wondering why your relationships aren’t quite where you want them to be. I believe my role is to meet you where you are in life and assist you on this journey for however long, or short you feel necessary. In order to do this, building a safe, trusting and attuned relationship is essential. I strive to create a space where people feel free to be themselves, feel heard, accepted and authentic to who they are. I use an integrated approach from a variety of modalities mainly DBT, CBT, internal family systems, attachment -based theory and a humanistic approach. I approach therapy holistically because we are complex beings with intersectional identities and it’s not usually a one size fits all! I have over 10 years of experience working with a wide range of individuals including adults, professionals, 1st/2nd generation immigrants, children, families, young adults, LGBTQIAA individuals, POC and underserved populations. I look forward to meeting you.
Warmly,
Nina
